Cancellations, returns & exchanges

Straight answer: we take neither returns nor exchanges.

We would rather tell you this clearly before your first order than surprise you afterwards. These rules are the same for every partner, in both models.

Wholesale purchases

No returns, no exchanges

Once goods are bought wholesale, they are your stock. We do not take them back for a refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges of goods free from defects — including discounted and promotional items.

  • The cost of returning faulty goods is covered by LaBalancia
Dropshipping orders

No returns, exchange only on faulty items

We cannot take back a parcel that has already gone to an end customer. If the product is faulty or something clearly went wrong with the order, we will exchange it.

  • Refunds not available on dropshipping orders
  • Faulty or incorrectly shipped goods: an exchange, or Saldo on your account when an exchange is not possible
  • Report within 7 days of delivery, with photos
  • The cost of returning faulty goods is covered by LaBalancia
Damage in transit

Report it immediately

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier before accepting it and photograph the packaging and the goods. Without that record, a transport claim is very hard to win — for us as much as for you.

  • Check the parcel while the courier is still there
  • Photograph the box, label and contents
  • Report the damage the same day, within 24 hours at the latest. Without that protocol the claim will not be accepted.
What this means if you dropship. Toward your own customer you are the seller: the invoice is yours, and so is the consumer's statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase. That return comes back to you, not to us. Plan for it in your pricing and in your own returns policy — and read our rules below before you publish yours.
Cancelling an order. A placed order cannot be cancelled or changed. An order that is not paid within 7 days is cancelled automatically.

Payment first

Orders are prepared and dispatched once payment is received, which keeps the queue fair and the dispatch time short.

Recommended retail price

You set your own retail price, but we ask partners not to sell below the recommended level. Price dumping distorts the market for everyone.

EAN barcodes

Every product carries an official EAN code, which makes listing on marketplaces and syncing with your stock system straightforward.

03Is there a minimum order?
No. You order from a single piece, with no fixed packs.
04Do I need to hold stock for dropshipping?
No — that is the whole point of the model. You sell first, we hold the goods and ship each order as it comes in.
05Can I use your product photos?
Yes. Approved B2B accounts get free access to professional packshots and model photography for use on your website and social channels.

01Do you ship across Europe?
Yes. Everything ships from our facility in Poland to business and end-customer addresses across the EU.
02How long does dispatch take?
Orders are dispatched on average within one business day after payment is booked, from our own warehouse in Poland. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the parcel is created.
03How much does shipping cost?
Inside Poland, standard shipping is currently free as a promotion — for B2B orders and for dropshipping alike. Outside Poland, B2B orders to your company address cost a flat €5. For dropshipping abroad with our label, the cost depends on destination, weight, dimensions and carrier; indicative rates are in the shipping section above. If you supply your own label, we charge no shipping fee at all.
04Can I use my own courier and shipping label?
Yes, in both zones. When you provide a label created by your own carrier, we pack the order and send it out with your label — your name appears as the sender and LaBalancia charges no shipping fee.
05Will my customer see that the parcel came from LaBalancia?
Dropshipping parcels are prepared without any branding: no leaflets, no invoices, no promotional inserts. The only place our name can appear is on the shipping label itself, and only when you choose to use our label rather than your own.
06Is cash on delivery available?
Inside Poland only, with a service fee — the amount is shown when you place the order. Orders shipped outside Poland are prepaid.
Returns, exchanges & cancellationsWhat happens when something has to come back · 3 questions
01Do you accept returns?
No. We do not accept returns on wholesale or dropshipping orders — including discounted and promotional goods. Report a faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped item within 7 days of delivery: we will exchange it for the same or an equivalent product, and if that is not possible we will credit Saldo to your account. We cover the cost of returning the faulty goods.
02My customer wants to return an item. What now?
In dropshipping you are the seller toward your customer, so the consumer return comes back to you rather than to us. If the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent, write to us and we will exchange it.
03Can I cancel an order?
No. A placed order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Yes. You can start manually the same week: take the order in your store, place it with us, and give your customer's address.
04What is an XML product feed?
An XML feed is a file containing our product data — names, descriptions, photos, stock levels and EAN codes — that your store reads automatically, so the catalogue stays up to date without manual work.
05Which integration formats do you support?
Product data can be taken through an XML feed, a CSV file, BaseLinker, or a Shopify-compatible import. All products carry EAN barcodes, which makes marketplace listing easier.
