Shipping policy
Effective from 24.09.2026 · Summary of the rules in §6 and §8 of the B2B Terms of Sale

Processing time

• We ship orders on average within 1 business day of the payment being credited, from our warehouse in Rzgów (Ptak Fashion City).
• Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
• The stated dispatch and delivery times are indicative. The carrier is responsible for the transit time.

Carriers

We ship with trusted courier companies, in particular DPD, InPost and DHL, to every country in Europe.

Shipping costs

The final cost is shown at checkout. As a guide:

Free shipping within Poland is a promotion. We may change or end it at any time without prior notice; any change does not affect orders placed before it.

Cash on delivery

Available in Poland only. We charge a service fee for it, the amount of which is shown at checkout. Orders shipped abroad are paid in advance.

Your own label (dropshipping)

You can provide a label from your own carrier – in that case we do not charge for shipping, and your company appears as the sender on the parcel. You are responsible for the label being correct and valid; any costs resulting from an incorrect label are borne by you.

Receiving the shipment

• Inspect the parcel in the courier’s presence. If it shows signs of damage, have a damage report drawn up and notify us the same day, at the latest within 24 hours.
• Uncollected cash-on-delivery shipment: we may charge you the shipping costs in both directions plus the service fee.
• We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.
