Payment methods
We process orders once payment has been credited to our account (prepayment). Available methods:
- Bank transfer – we ship once the payment has been credited. Please enter the order number as the transfer reference. Account details: Contact information.
- Other payment methods are available at checkout.
- Cash on delivery (COD) – Poland only. We charge a service fee for it, currently PLN 25 — the current amount is shown at checkout.
Orders shipped outside Poland must be paid in advance. An order that is not paid within 7 days is cancelled automatically.
All prices are net. Businesses from EU countries other than Poland with an active EU VAT number (VIES) may receive an invoice at 0% VAT if the Goods leave Poland.
