Dropshipping and Business

Below are the key rules of our cooperation. The B2B Terms of Sale are binding; in the event of any discrepancy, the Terms prevail.

Two cooperation models

• B2B wholesale – you buy Goods for your own stock and we ship them to your business address.
• Dropshipping – you sell through your own channels and we ship each order directly to your customer.

Order channels

You place orders in the B2B Store at labalancia.com or via BaseLinker. Product data is available via XML, CSV, BaseLinker or a Shopify-compatible import. Every product has an EAN code.

Prices

• All prices are net. EU businesses outside Poland with an active EU VAT number (VIES) can receive an invoice at 0% VAT if the Goods leave Poland.
• Dropshipping: you pay only our wholesale price — we currently charge no additional fee for fulfilling dropshipping orders. This is a LaBalancia promotion that we may change or end without prior notice; we will inform you of any change by e-mail. A change does not apply to orders placed earlier.
• The recommended retail price is a recommendation only – you set your resale prices yourself.
• No minimum order – you can order from 1 piece.

Payment

• We fulfil orders once payment has been received (prepayment).
• Cash on delivery (Poland only): service fee, currently PLN 25 — the current amount is shown when you place your order. This is not a dropshipping fee.
• An order not paid within 7 days is cancelled automatically.
• An order, once placed, cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

• We ship on average within 1 business day of payment being received; you receive a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.
• Dropshipping: you can ship using your own label (your business is the sender and we charge no shipping fee) or ours. Dropshipping parcels contain no LaBalancia leaflets or invoices.

Returns and complaints

• We do not accept returns – neither for wholesale nor for dropshipping, including reduced and promotional Goods.
• Report defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped or missing Goods within 7 days of delivery, with photographs. We exchange them for identical or equivalent Goods; if that is not possible, we credit Balance to your account and, in exceptional cases, refund the price. We cover the cost of returning defective Goods.
• The shade of the Goods may differ slightly from that shown in the photographs due to the individual settings and parameters of the device’s screen, lighting or the natural properties of the material (e.g. corduroy or velour). Such differences are not a defect of the Goods and are not grounds for a complaint.
• In dropshipping, you are the seller towards your customer – you handle consumer returns yourself.

Photographs and brand protection

• Approved Partners may use our photographs and descriptions free of charge to sell the Goods. Photographs may be cropped and resized, but the characteristics of the Goods must not be misrepresented.
• When our cooperation ends, you remove the materials within 14 days.
• The Goods may not be offered using false or misleading information.
• If you sell the Goods under your own brand, you assume the manufacturer’s obligations arising from that designation (including under the GPSR).
