B- Through the Baselinker system
IMPORTANT: You can easily use Baselinker, XML, Shopify or CSV infrastructure to integrate products into your system.
WE HAVE TWO PRICE POLICIES
A- Wholesale prices: You can check them on Baselinker and our website
B- Dropshipping prices: We add a service fee to our wholesale prices according to the agreement.
IMPORTANT: ALL OUR PRICES ARE NET PRICES (excluding all taxes)
IMPORTANT: Do not go below the suggested retail price. Dumping (setting prices too low to distort the market) is prohibited.
IMPORTANT: Payment must be made in advance upon receipt of the order by the customer. Once payment has been received, the order is processed and shipped.
SHIPPING PACKAGES
A- Once the payment for the order has been received, the package preparation process begins and the product is delivered to the recipient as soon as possible.
B- Whether you choose a wholesale or dropshipping model, we send shipping labels on our behalf. Please contact us so we can send the package with a shipping label on your behalf.
C- Shipping costs are borne by the seller or must be covered in a manner agreed in advance with the customer.
D- Orders are shipped within 1 business day on average.
E- Once the package is created, the tracking number is sent to the seller.
RETURN POLICY
A- We do not accept returns for wholesale purchases, but exchanges are possible.
B- We regret to inform you that in the case of dropshipping sales we do not accept returns, however we accept exchanges for faulty or problematic products.
C - The shipping costs for RETURN and EXCHANGE are covered by our partners.
IMPORTANT: ALL PRODUCTS HAVE AN EAN CODE (OFFICIAL BARCODE)
VISUAL USE OF THE PRODUCT
A- Product images and descriptions may only be used by approved sellers.
B - Images can be enhanced, but should not be changed in a way that distorts the main features of the image.
BRAND AND REPUTATION PROTECTION
A- Sellers must be aware that they represent our brand and must pay attention to customer satisfaction.
B- It is prohibited to make sales based on misleading or false information.
UPDATE AGREEMENT AND REGULATIONS
A- The business relationship of sellers who do not comply with these rules may be terminated.
B- Our company reserves the right to make changes to its sales policy.
